Staff was great, rooms are clean and updated, hotel bar was great.

Wonderful hotel...loved the lobby! Our room was great...super cool AC...comfortable beds...really nice bathroom with sliding barn door to separate shower/toilet from sink/vanity..hot shower...lots of space...great view with very high ceilings so super quiet...walked to Bealle St.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The one restaurant was very good the one time we managed to eat there. It had very limited hours (closing for breakfast at 10:30 on a Sunday morning? Closing the bar at 10 on a Saturday night?) Good location and a nice, clean room.

The room was great, however, leftover food and dental floss from a prior guest were left on the floor. It looked like they had been there for a while

Dirty washcloth and robe was left in the room. The TV and phone also didn’t work.

There was an alarm going off in the room on the other side of the wall around 4am and 8am. The first front desk person was on it. The 2nd just looked at me “…ok is there anything else?”

Beds not very comfortable. Beautiful place. The floors felt like they were going to fall through though. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Overall great place but a few things that affected the rating. Customer service was 10/10.

We’ve stayed at various hotels in Memphis over the past 35 years, and this was our very favorite! The room was awesome, had a bay window that looked over the street and windows down the entry that let in a lot of light. The bathroom was large, well-appointed, and the shower was a great larger size with a great showerhead. The bed was comfortable as well. We’ve stayed at the Peabody even, and this was better! Loved the bar. The hot chicken was fabulous, and the breakfast was also delicious. Check out the first floor restroom and push the button for a fun experience! Will definitely stay here next time we are in Memphis.

Room was really clean and comfortable and the bar was nice overall good vibe! Nice staff as well!

The staff was very courteous. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Although my reason for staying here was to have a staycation and just relax in my room, the location of this property is great and very close to downtown attractions.
